Troubleshooting Guide: Why Your Mediafire Folder Appears Empty and How to Fix It

The network connection folder is empty in Windows 11/10
There are many reasons for this problem; One of the reasons is that Windows Update was unable to install or update network drivers. In this case, you need to update the required driver manually. - Restore your PC to its previous version using System Restore
- Run Network Troubleshooter
- Disable VPN
- Troubleshoot clean boot
- Clear configuration cache
- Update network driver

Restart iPhone and PC
Another quick fix is to restart your iPhone and PC. This usually fixes minor software glitches that are preventing the two devices from communicating.
If you’ve never reset an iOS device before, go to Settings > General > Shut down and slide the power icon to the right. Once the screen goes dark, wait at least 10 seconds and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
