The most common reason for the problem is that your antivirus unnecessarily checks the certification of sites, which is the procedure for requesting files it propagates through the servers which consequently may result in download error: network error1 appearing in Google Chrome.
Since customers encounter the problem through various antivirus programs, these are the HTTP or port scanning capabilities of some of the most popular third-party antivirus programs.
