Reviving Your Data: How to Access and Recover Old Mediafire Files

6. Click the Next button.

7. (Optional) Check the Deep Scan option if the first scan did not work.

8. Click the Start button.

9. Select the deleted files you want to recover.

10. Click the Restore button.

11. Choose a location to recover files. (It is recommended to use an alternate drive to recover your data.)

Important things to know when using Google support to restore files:

• Only you can recover files that have been deleted in the last 20 days.
• Google can only help you recover files that you own.
• Google can’t help you recover files if you don’t own them.
• Google can’t help you recover files from Gmail or Google Photos.

If you have a Google Work account or use G-Suite, you can use the Admin Console to recover permanently deleted files.
