Radical Red was developed by Yuuiii. The latest version of the game is 2.3a. You can play this game on any device with a GBA emulator. This game has a very hard mode with new items.
The Safari Zone:
The Safari Zone has 8 new areas and all of them have Pokémon in them. The badges have been moved. They are not only awarded when you defeat a Gym Leader. Instead, they are located throughout the region until you reach the Viridian City Gym.
PokeMart products are different. In Pokemon Radical Red, things available for purchase include battle items for TM, almost all Pokemon require HM like Surf, or force items like X Attack or Lucky Egg. Teleporter Teleport locations have now been changed. For multiple routes to connect, such as routes 5 and 6 of Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

About the Pokémon, yes, we will have from the first generation to the eighth generation, all obtainable.
