Boygenius has announced that he will return with three new catchphrases: “$20”, “Emily, I’m sorry” and “True Blue”. Additionally, the indie band have released the first details of their upcoming first full-length project from the band, which is dubbed “the record”.
After the indie rock supergroup, made up of Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus, released their self-titled EP in 2018, the band has set a date for their comeback. The album, titled “the record”, will be released on March 31 through Polydor / Interscope Records. With all that, you can get three “$20” albums, “Emily I’m Sorry” and “True Blue” in the basic versions that you can watch on the usual streaming platforms. The release of the three singles marks the band’s first new music since 2020, when they released a handful of demos from the EP’s recording sessions to raise money for charity.
